As Grove Health begins caring for patients, membership is available for those seeking a more personal, accessible approach to primary care.

Our practice is intentionally kept smaller than traditional primary care offices, allowing Dr. Scowden to spend more time with each patient and provide the level of care that so many people have been missing.

Sign Up 
Members must be 18 years of age or older to join.
New members agree to a minimum three-month commitment. 

After the initial period, membership renews on a monthly basis.
